The south-east is the straightforward part
Oslo and the belt around it — Drammen, Fredrikstad, Tønsberg, Sandnes at a stretch — are the simplest deliveries on this route. Reachable by road, well served, no different in kind from anywhere else in northern Europe.
If this is where you are going, the interesting part of your move is the paperwork rather than the geography.
The west coast is further than it looks
Bergen, Stavanger and Ålesund are not far from Oslo in a straight line and are a considerable distance by road, because the road follows fjords and takes ferries rather than going over them.
It is completely routine and it is not a straight run, which is worth knowing when you are picturing a delivery window.
Trondheim and the middle
Further again, and a change in character: longer stretches between places and fewer options if something needs rerouting. It is planned as its own leg rather than as an extension of a southern run.
The north is a different job
Bodø, Tromsø and anywhere beyond them are a serious undertaking by road, and coastal shipping frequently does part of the work. That is a normal way to serve the north rather than a fallback.
Raise it at the first conversation. It changes the shape of the plan, not whether it is possible.
What winter changes
Mountain passes close. Ferries adjust. Northern legs slow. None of it stops a move.
What it means in practice is that the route is chosen with conditions in mind and the delivery window is given some give. We would rather tell you the window is loose than tell you it is tight and be wrong.
